In ‘93 Peter Bagge & Dan Clowes drew themselves into the cover of Hate #8 for me during Hateball tour doing a signing at in Your Ear records upstairs from a bar called Spats I was working at in Providence, RI. I thought II’d lost this oddity years ago but cleaned out the closest and here it is.

This is incredibly insulting. I for one am not a “lazy” animator. No one I have ever worked with is a “lazy” animator. I think you need to take a look at the reality of animation before you start talking about laziness because I guarantee that even on the ugliest or stupidest show, the animators are working very hard.
